3 – maNDala sthtitE lalitE – ‘maNDala’ in general terms, means ‘circle’ or ‘orb’ etc. It also means ‘triangle’. The nine AvaraNas (enclosures) of SrI yantra are also called ‘maNDala’.
In lalitA sahasra nAma (380), Mother is called ‘bindu maNDala vAsini’. As per SrI vidyA, ‘bindu’ consists of three bindus. 'bindu maNDala'.

1 - manjuLa tama nayanE hariNi - This could be taken as two epithets also – ‘manjuLa tama nayanE’ and ‘hariNi’. In this case, it may not be possible to give a suitable meaning to ‘hariNi’ in keeping with description of lalitA mahA tripura sundari. Therefore, the whole has been taken as single epithet and translated as ‘Very beautiful eyed like doe’. However, Mother has a name 'nArAyaNi' (form of nArAyaNa). It is not clear whether, in the same manner, Syama Sastry has used 'hariNi' to mean 'form of hari'.
2 - aNDaja hari girISa maNDitE – In books, the word ‘maNDitE’ seems to have been translated as ‘extolled’. ‘maNDita’ means ‘adorned’. In my opinion, kAmAkshi, as lalitA mahA tripura sundari, combines the functions of Trinity – sRshTi, sthiti, laya – in Herself, it may be metaphorically stated that She is adorned with brahmA, vishNu and Siva.
